Looking back on 2012 Part 1

2012 is coming to an end and we are a third of the way through this school year. I wanted to take this time to show some of the amazing and awesome things that the students have worked on so far this year.  I am so proud of all that we have accomplished and can't wait for January 7th when we are back at school.
 - Ms. Nairn

At the beginning of December we made cards to send to classrooms across North America, as well as Australia and Northern Ireland.  This was part of a Project's by Jen project.  The theme this year was snow globes and as you can see students too their time to add detail to their drawings.  The results were great and we have enjoyed receiving cards from the other classes.  Perhaps we will get a few more in the new year.

We have been working alot on writing this term, including writing letters to our university buddies, creating our own stories and to show our understanding of position, in science, writing riddles.  This writing turned into scripts we used to create our voice thread.
